Please use this form if you are planning to have an event on campus. Once completed, you will be contacted by the Office of Parent Relations within 48 business hours, with event confirmation details. Please be sure that this form is completed at least two weeks in advance of your proposed event date. Note that completing this form does not guarantee an on campus reservation, our team will do its best to accommodate but space and materials are limited. No more than three tailgates will be permitted on any one date. All requests are considered on a first-come, first-served, basis.
Please note that maintenance WILL NOT set up or break down your event, they will simply drop off the materials you request. Teams, parents, affinity groups, etc. are required to set up tables, chairs, food, provide for your own ice, etc.
Please note that parents are responsible for their own children at all times. In general, please do not leave young children un-attended at any tailgate, athletic contest, concert, play or school function.
