Adopt A Family 2022: Donor Form
The Office of Children and Youth in Transition is coordinating our annual Adopt-a-Family program for at-risk families in the San Diego Unified School District. The Adopt-a-Family program provides students and families who are struggling financially with gift cards to help have a happier holiday season.

We are encouraging the donation of $10, $20, $25+ gift cards for groceries, such as Vons, Food 4 Less, Ralphs, Grocery Outlet, or for everyday needs, such as Target or Wal-Mart, are preferred. Please no gift cards that require memberships, such as CostCo or Amazon.

As another option, we are also accepting new items from our CYT Wish List to be distributed to our CYT families as needed. Please mail or drop items off between 7am-4pm by DECEMBER 1st:
