Shaheedi Smagam Volunteer Application
On Tuesday, October 31, Gurmat Center will be holding its 20th annual Shaheedi Smagam. Please complete this application if you are interested in volunteering on Tuesday, October 31, 2023.

In order to be accepted as a volunteer, all of the conditions listed below must be fully met and agreed to:

1) Sevadar must be in grade 6 or higher.
2) Sevadar must wear official GC uniform (white Punjabi suit and royal blue head covering) and the Never Forget 1984 T-Shirt. The Never Forget 1984 T-Shirts are $20 each. Purchasing & wearing a "Never Forget 1984" wristband will be optional. The wristbands are $1 each at the Dharm Parchar Store!
3) Sevadar is to volunteer from 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM. This includes volunteering throughout the event and the clean up of the event.
4) Sevadaar must attend the Shaheedi Smagam jobs meeting on Sunday, October 29, 2023 from 3:15 PM - 4:30 PM.

Application Deadline: Sunday, October 22, 2023. If you are accepted as a volunteer, you will receive an email on Monday, October 23, 2023. You must respond to the acceptance email by Wednesday, October 25, 2023 (midnight).

Due to limited spots available, volunteers will be selected based on application submission date, skill set, and previous volunteer experience.
