Easthampton Winter Farmers' Market Application 
The Winter Market will run every week Nov 12 through Dec 17th, then every other week Jan 7-April 7th (13 Markets) .  Location of Winter market is the Eastworks Building, 116 Pleasant Street Easthampton. Load in, Parking, and Other Information will be provided upon your acceptance to the market.
 
 Market fees must be paid in advance or on the day you are attending the market. Payment information will be emailed upon acceptance to the Winter Market. Vendor Fees are $20 Per Market if Paid in Full by First Market, or $25 if Pay-As-You-Go. 
 
The Number of vendors accepted is based on space availability. Priority will go to long-time vendors and/or those offering SNAP/HIP eligible products. We have a VERY limited number of spaces available for local crafters.  Questions? Email Jen at  easthamptonfarmersmarket@gmail.com

Holiday Market Dates: 
Dec 3, Dec 10, Dec 17 - We will have additional Craft slots open for these dates only.  Craft vendors are limited to ONE of these dates, as we have limited space available. Easthampton vendors are encouraged to apply! 

Application Deadline is Nov 1st, 2023. All applications received after that date will be reviewed on a rolling basis.  

After Applying, Please email Jen with Photos of your Farm, Products, Setup, Etc. that can be used for Social Media Promotion of the market.    All vendors must email a Certificate of Insurance to Jen with "Eastworks LLP" listed as Additional Insured.  All food vendors must email proof of current food permit from the town of Easthampton.
