Application for a Full Merit Based Scholarship for Dan Blacksberg's Summer Class Series.

Playing examples will be the primary means of judging participants. We are not looking for the best audio-quality recordings, but for some instruments it makes a meaningful difference in our ability to tell aptitude. Samples will be judged not only by virtuosity but the ability to create music within a group setting.

Relationship to Philadelphia is used as a tie-breaker between equally qualified candidates.
