Policy Position Survey - Should Upper Township ban the sale of recreational marijuana in Upper?

Township Committee has introduced an ordinance to ban the sale of recreational marijuana in Upper Township. While Upper voters joined a majority of NJ voters in voting in favor of legalization of recreational marijuana use, towns do have the ability to ban sales and related businesses.  

As we form a position on this issue, we need the input of our members so we can echo the opinion of our business community.

In general, are you in favor of or not in favor of allowing the opening of businesses that will distribute marijuana in Upper Township?
