After the application has been submitted, please send us an email and let us know you have submitted an application. We will review it and send you an email letting you know that we did receive your application. If approved, more in depth information regarding our policies and how the waitlist fee can be paid, will be sent in the message letting you know that you have been approved!

Waitlist Fees - Do you understand you MUST pay a small NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $100 to be placed in our waitlist? The waitlist fee you will be required to pay will be used as a discount to go towards the total price for your puppy. Example: Puppy price is $1500, you will only pay $1400 total. 
This deposit will be good for 18 months.

Please note, our prices reflect that we can provide higher quality,  DNA tested dogs, to our buyers, resulting in puppies that will not be genetically at risk for DM, vWD1, EIC, PRA3.
All puppies, both standard coats and fluffy coats, are priced at $1,500.00.

Do you understand and acknowledge that a puppy from Half-Pint Corgis will come with a spay/neuter contract? This means no breeding rights will be offered and you will be legally binded to a contract stating you will not breed the puppy, and you will spay/neuter the puppy you purchase from Half-Pint Corgis. *

If for some unfortunate reason, you were no longer able to keep your puppy, do you understand that it would be a REQUIREMENT that you return him/her to us for no refund in exchange? Our puppies are not for resale, it is important you understand that the puppy goes home with you for forever, or comes back to live with us. *
Is there a specific time frame you are looking to add your new puppy to your family? *
Are you willing to wait for the right puppy to come available for you and your family? This process can sometimes take anywhere from 6 months - 1 year or longer depending on current waitlist sizes. *
Do you understand that we no longer ship puppies? You must either drive to our home in Poteau, OK to pick up your puppy or you can fly into the Tulsa (TUL) airport where we will be happy to meet you with your puppy to carry on and fly back home with you. We do provide everything you will need to travel home with your puppy aside from a crate. *
