Background information: This survey is part of an effort to develop a Local Climate Action Plan (LCAP) for Milford Borough. The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PA DEP) provides support for the LCAP program free of charge to selected local governments each year. Once Milford Borough has adopted an LCAP, professional (e.g. engineering) support can be provided free of charge to implement the plan.
