Big Brother/Big Sister Chairs: Pair Bigs and Littles, host kickoff event, host follow-up events
Course Materials Chair: Maintain course materials drive for members
Engineering Application Chair: Plan and lead an engineering-related project per semester, help people adding the project in their resumes
