Bintang Sunnyvale - Request for a court
Use this form to express interest in reserving a court at Bintang Sunnyvale.  The court reservation fee is $75/court per session (2 hours) for up to 4 people.  Two additional people can join the court at $15/person.

Note:  THIS IS NOT A CONFIRMATION OF COURT RESERVATION.  STAFF WILL CALL GENERALLY WITHIN 4-6 HOURS (UNLESS DURING THE NIGHT) TO CONFIRM AVAILABILITY AND PROCESS PAYMENT.  RESERVATION MUST BE PAID IN FULL TO SECURE SLOT.
