I am so excited that you are interested in working together 1:1! My experience of being coached has been fun and transformational and has been a huge part in my own self-development. The people I have worked with have seen amazing changes to their sex lives, their self-love and how they relate to others. I am excited to be able to explore the possibility of coaching you.
What I offer is COACHING and not therapy. If you are interested in delving into the past and staying there, this isn't for you. Coaching is having a goal and working together to make big shifts and changes in your life. There needs to be a desire to choose differently and make happen the life you desire. For this reason, it's important for me to know that you are the 'right fit'. The clients I work with are:
