The winning entrant will be ineligible to win for three years. On the 4th year, the winner will once again be eligible to win this award. However, winners may still enter during the three ineligible years to receive banner patches.

Materials submitted that use branding other than that which is official and approved by The National Exchange Club will be disqualified.
