Yes...all choirs. We have assembled the very best line-up of publishers, speakers and artists to equip, encourage, and prepare you for ministry. This fast paced event will include reading sessions, express training sessions, worship, and amazing concerts.
Please read the information below carefully as you register for the conference so there will be no surprises later.

Children's Choir/Worship Intensive:
The Children's Intensive Track is specifically designed for children's choir/worship. Come and hear from all your favorite leaders on children's worship and children's choir. Registration is for 1 day only - Monday, January 17.
Early Bird - February 6 - March 30 - $50.00
Regular Rate: March 31 - May 15 - $65.00
Late Rate: May 16 - June 30- $90.00

Want to stay over for dinner and the evening concert? It's just $25.00 more.
Want to attend the second day of adult sessions - pay the main conference registration rate.
About these rates: We have assembled this conference at the lowest possible cost to cover your meals and all the other necessary details such as books, sound, lighting, housekeeping, etc. Because of this, we are unable to offer a reduced spouse rate or an associate rate. All registrations will include the same benefits and will all be at the same price point. No additional meal tickets will be available outside registration. Additional concert tickets will be available for friends and family not attending the conference.
Each person must have their own registration form. Spouses or additional church leaders cannot share the same form.
Cancellations:
Should you have to cancel for any reason, you will receive a refund minus 25% of your full registration cost. Cancelations made after June 1, 2023 will not be refunded. While we understand unfortunate situations can arise last minute - registration funds are automatically applied to catering and and other production costs. Giving refunds after the June 1, date - puts a financial strain on the event we cannot absorb.
Should we have to cancel the conference, you will receive a refund minus $10.00 to cover administrative costs.
Other Information:
During what has been a difficult season for both the Church and choral music publishers, we look forward to welcoming you to a rich a robust event. We believe worship is a lifestyle and not about any particular denomination or genre of music. To be respectful to the wide variety of publishers, we are asking you to be present and attentive in each session. Be engaged and support those publishers that have held on during an incredibly difficult season. To receive your music packet, you must be present in the session. Packets will not be distributed prior to or after any sessions where you are not present. Please do not plan to leave the conference early. Someone has to be last in the agenda. It is unfair to a publisher or speaker to spend resources and then address only a few remaining attendees. If you cannot commit to the entire 2 day event, you may want to wait until the next conference next January.
Please do not exchange music with other attendees. You will have the opportunity to purchase music for your choir or praise team at a reduced rate at the conference. We want to operate with full integrity for those publishers that have made a great investment to bring you a rewarding experience.
Schedule:
While the full schedule is still under development, Monday and Tuesday will begin at 8:30 AM and will run straight through the evening concerts. These days will be fast paced and filled with reading sessions, express training sessions, worship, & meals. You will be responsible for breakfast on your own (provided at most hotels) and we will supply your break, lunch and dinner.
