Patient Satisfaction Surveys Should Not Be Used for Pay, Promotion or Employment Termination
We believe patient satisfaction survey scores are biased against women and minority physicians.  If this is true, then is wrong and illegal to pay and promote physicians based on patient satisfaction survey scores.  PATIENT SATISFACTION SURVEY SCORES SHOULD NO LONGER BE USED IN PHYSICIAN PERFORMANCE EVALUATION, PAY, PROMOTION OR EMPLOYMENT TERMINATION.
