Lead Videographer
The lead Videographer spearheads the video operation of TOP. On a monthly or bi-monthly basis, the videographer brainstorms content ideas, gets said content filmed, edits the content and gets it published on our site + social media platforms. The Lead Videographer is responsible for putting together a small team of digital media creators and reaching out to people for content.

Social Media Lead
The Social Media Lead is responsible for working with the EIC and Social Media Analysts to run TOPs various social media platforms. The Lead creates content ideas, manages posts through a schedule, and manages our stories and DMs. **Experience in graphic design is preferred, but not required**

Engagement Director
The Engagement Director is responsible for managing our network of volunteers and contributors.They coordinate meetings, assist with our Team Newsletter, help new volunteers get set up, and more! The engagement director also gets to coordinate other fun projects to keep our wide network of young creatives and volunteers engaged with our zine!
