Bloom Summer Camp Details - READ IN FULL BEFORE REGISTERING

A separate registration form must be completed for each child. Same child can use one form to register for multiple camp sessions. Upon submission of this form, your confirmation page will provide a URL to pay your deposit via our shop page. Your requested spots will be held for no more than 5 days upon submission of the form so prompt payment of the deposit is requested.

We have 3 age groups with different camp options this year!

MINI CAMP is for ages 3-5 (children must be potty trained and comfortable to be away from caregiver for the duration of their camp day to participate). There are 11 consecutive weeks of MINI CAMP from June 12 - Aug 25.

SCHOOL AGE CAMP is for ages 5 (completed Kindergarten) - 10 (through completion of 5th grade). There are 11 consecutive weeks of SCHOOL AGE CAMP from June 12 - Aug 25.

JUNIOR CAMP for ages 8-12 has been cancelled due to low registration.

NEW SCHOOL AGE STEM CAMP ADDED during same weeks (weeks of July 3 and July 10) for ages 5-10.

Acting camp is cancelled.

A 4 camper minimum will be required for any session to run. Maximum campers per group is 10.

Planned counselors for each week are indicated in the form but please note this is subject to change without notice due to any unforeseen scheduling or personal conflicts that may arise at which time a secondary/sub counselor will be placed.

Weekly Half Day (M-F, 9-12 or 12-3): $120/wk

Weekly Full Day (M-F, 9-3): $200/wk

REGULAR CAMP RATE APPLIES FOR REGISTRATION RECEIVED AFTER MAY 15!:

Weekly Half Day (M-F, 9-12 or 12-3): $145/wk

Weekly Full Day (M-F, 9-3): $225/wk

Members receive 10% off camp rates!

Siblings receive 10% off with full reg of 1st child in same family.

Multi-week Discount for Full Week Registrations of 8 weeks or more: $5 off per week (full week half days); $10 off per week (full week full days)

BEFORE CARE is available from 8am-9am

AFTER CARE is available from 3pm-6pm

Rate: $5/hr (sibs $2.50/hr)

PAYMENTS:

A $50 deposit is required to secure your requested spots in camp! Upon submission of this form, a URL will be provided in the confirmation page. Please click on the link to pay your deposit within 5 days. Non-payment of deposit within 5 days will release any spots you have placed on hold. For payment plans, a valid credit card is required to be saved in our payment processing system (Square) and all payments will be charged automatically to your card on file. If your card is not already in our system, we will call you to collect the info. Any deposit paid will be applied towards the first camp payment.

WHAT TO BRING TO CAMP:

* Bottle of water (refills available)

* 1 snack per half day (2 snacks for full days). Lunch for PM and Full Day campers.
* Permission and cash if you would like your child to purchase a cafe beverage or snack (juice boxes/water $1, milk $2, packaged snacks $2)
* One change of clothes (please label bag with child's name) can be left at Bloom for your child for the duration of their camp stay in case of accidents or messes.
* Sunscreen and/or sunhat, and bug repellent if desired. We will aim to get daily outdoor time!

** Change from last year** We will NOT have weekly water days. We will inform parents if we decide to add in any water days during the camp weeks. The two weeks we will definitely have water play are Wet and Wild (Week 6) and Beach Adventures (Week 10) weeks so please plan accordingly.

Bloom Camp Enrollment Agreement

Bloom Waldessori Play Space Camp Enrollment Agreement

This Camp Enrollment Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Bloom Waldessori Play Space (“Bloom”) and the undersigned adult parent/caregiver of enrolled students (the “Adult”).

By participating in camp at Bloom, I agree to follow all policies and procedures of the facility as outlined in the Registration and Waiver/Consent Form which I have already signed or will sign in advance of my child(ren)’s first day of camp. I also agree to the terms as outlined in this Agreement.

1. Payment for Camp
A $50 deposit is required to secure your requested spots in camp! Upon submission of this form, a URL will be provided in the confirmation page. Please click on the link to pay your deposit within 5 days. Non-payment of deposit within 5 days will release any spots you have placed on hold. For payment plans, a valid credit card is required to be saved in our payment processing system (Square) and all payments will be charged automatically to your card on file. If your card is not already in our system, we will call you to collect the info. Any deposit paid will be applied towards the first camp payment.

You may add on additional weeks/days and any additional before/after care once camp is in session provided space is available. Payment would be due immediately and at least 24 hours notice is required to ensure we can accommodate the camper.

2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel before May 15th for a 100% refund of your deposit. Deposits are non-refundable after May 15th. No cancellations will be accepted after the camp season starts on June 12th. Cancellations due to extreme circumstances will be considered for credit on a case by case basis.

3. Missed Camp Days
There will be no refund or credit given for any missed camp days once camp is in session.

4. Camp Rules and Regulations
* This is a drop off camp.
* Adult must provide a reliable contact phone number upon drop off each day to ensure immediate contact is possible by Bloom to Adult should an emergency arise.
* Non-registered siblings are welcome to the $6 sibling open play rate to play with adult supervision during scheduled open play hours on days their sibling is in camp.
* Adult must pick up camper no later than 5 minutes after the scheduled end time of the camp session.

Food at Camp:

* AM only and PM only campers should pack a snack. Full Day campers should pack 2 snacks and lunch.

* PM campers may also pack a lunch or if they have eaten already, can play instead while the full day campers have lunch from 12-12:30.

* Café beverages and snacks may be purchased with parents’ permission. Please provide your child or directly to staff the cash for these purchases.
* Please ensure you have informed Bloom staff of any allergies.

*Instructor will aim to do a daily outdoor activity. Bloom staff will be 100% diligent with your children to ensure their safety at all times. Parking lot will be cordoned off to ensure vehicles do not travel near the campers. Please inform us if you do not wish your child to go outside and a staff member will ensure a safe alternative indoor activity is available during that time.

*Illness Policy: In consideration of our other visitors, please keep sick children at home. Parents and children should not return to Bloom after illness, until symptoms have been absent for at least 24 hours.
