New Goshenhoppen Nursery School Registration 2023/2024
Use this form to register your student for the following 2023/2024 programs.  Please fill out an individual form for each student.

Pre-School - 3 Year Old Program
- Must be 3 years old by September 1st, and toilet trained.
- Program takes place weekly on Tuesday/Thursday,  AM (9:00 - 11:30 am),  PM (12:30 - 3:00 pm)
    > AM Classes have been completely filled and are no longer available for 2023/2024
- Tuition cost is $135/month, $1215/year
- Registration/Activity fee cost is $75 per student and is nonrefundable. 

Pre-Kindergarten - 4 Year Old Program
- Must be 4 years old by September 1st.
- Program takes place weekly on Monday/Wednesday/Friday,  AM (9:00 - 11:30 am), PM (12:30 - 3:00 pm)
    > AM Classes have been completely filled and are no longer available for 2023/2024
- Tuition cost is $165/month, $1485/year
- Registration/Activity fee cost is $75 per student and is nonrefundable.

Toddler Time
- Must be 2 years of age upon entering the class.
- Program takes place one day per week Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Friday (9:30 - 11:00 am)
   > Monday AM Class has been completely filled and is no longer available
   > Wednesday AM Class has been completely filled and is no longer available
   > Friday AM Class has been completely filled and is no longer available
- Tuition cost is $60/month, $480/year
- Registration/Activity fee cost is $40 per student and is nonrefundable.

* -- Monthly tuition is due on or before the 1st of each month your child is enrolled.  Registration fees are due on or before the 1st day of your child attending class.  Effective March 1st 2024, a $20 late fee will be assessed to all Nursery School monthly tuition payments and registration fees that arrive after the 15th of the month they are due.

Updates to Enrollment Information
It is the parents’ responsibility to notify the school in writing if any information on this form should change during the school year.  Current information is essential to the welfare of your child.
Enrollment Agreement
We agree to enroll our child at New Goshenhoppen Nursery School, where he/she will be participating in a variety of classroom and non-classroom activities.

We hereby agree to relieve New Goshenhoppen Nursery School of East Greenville, PA, its agents, and employees from all liability by reason of any damage or injury caused to our child as a result of child's participation in any learning experience sponsored by the Nursery School and we further agree to indemnify and save the New Goshenhoppen Nursery School, its agents and employees harmless from any and all loss by reason thereof.
