2024 IL FFA ALUMNI & SUPPORTERS ANNUAL MEETING & AUCTION -      JANUARY 19-20, 2024
The Illinois FFA Alumni and Supporters Annual Meeting & Auction will be January 19-20, 2024 at the President Abraham Lincoln Hotel in Springfield, IL.  We do have a room block under the Illinois FFA Alumni and Supporters until January 5, 2024, please register online - https://www.hilton.com/en/attend-my-event/ilffaalumniconference/  The hotel rooms are $107 plus tax.

Full Conference Registration - $125 

Friday Night Only (Awards Banquet, Live Auction, & Casino Night) - $50

Saturday Breakfast & Lunch - $75

Saturday Lunch Only - $35

Are you bringing FFA members?  We suggest feeding them elsewhere and having them come in after the meal.  If you have any questions, please email pdavis@illinoisffa.org.  

New/Reactivated Charters, please email pdavis@illinoisffa.org for your two free registrations.  If you are sending more members, then please register to pay for the annual meeting.

Beer Cups - $20 - We will be providing soda for free of charge on Friday Night.  The cups are on the registration form and they will be available for purchase on-site.

Bid Numbers - Please choose how many bid numbers you will need and we will have them in your registration envelope.  You can also get bid numbers on-site.  If you want the same number for everyone in your group, please email pdavis@illinoisffa.org.

Once the registration is submitted, you will receive an invoice by email.  Please send us the payment beforehand or pay on-site.  At the bottom of the invoice will be a link to the credit card site.  Please include a 3% credit card fee to your total, the system will not do it for you.

Also, on this registration is a $10 Non-Refundable Donation to the IL Foundation FFA.  Specialty universal decals are authorized by Illinois statute with the primary goal of raising funds for a specific organization(s), in our case Illinois Foundation FFA. The Secretary of State’s office will begin production of a new specialty decal category after receiving 2,000 requests for the decal. A $10.00 non-refundable specialty license decals fee must accompany each plate request.

That is where you come in. We need 2,000 Illinois FFA supporters to come together to submit a request for the new Specialty Illinois FFA License Plate Decal, hoping to raise over $20,000 to support Illinois FFA and ensure the decal will be commissioned!

When we hit the 2,000 required requests and deposits, you will then receive a letter from the Secretary of State’s Office along with a license plate transfer application.
