Due to this year's virtual AOM meeting format, the "HCM Teaching Incubator" will be adapted to include two separate 25-minute rounds of panel discussions.  In each round, we are planning to have virtual "discussion tables" focusing on a specific theme, with Teaching Mentors providing expert guidance and feedback on issues relating to that theme.  Our scheduled date and time for the Teaching Incubator is August 8th (Saturday) from 1:15 to 2:15 PM (Eastern).  The session has been categorized as a "Real-Time Presenters/Panel," which means that "Presenters are on live video and audience participates via chat."  In short, this will feel like a panel discussion that is driven by panelists' responses to the topic-related questions that participants share through the comments feature.  

Given these changes, we are hoping to determine each participant's preferred topics in order to match them with the themes that relate to their interests or experiences.  Attendees are asked to complete the following form in advance, which will allow them to note their areas of interest and teaching-related questions so that specific questions can be incorporated in the facilitators' planned topics to address.  To that end, we ask that you please complete the following questions.
