List your top two choices for a research adviser (e.g., 1. Dr. Kim; 2. Dr. Symes)

Scientific Interest Statement: Explain why you'd like to work for each of these faculty advisers (1-2 paragraphs).

Career Goals Statement: Write a brief paragraph describing your career goals.

List any conflicts you have in the summer between 5/6/24 and 7/19/24 (e.g., this summer I will go to Germany the week of July 5th)
