Team Entry form instructions:
Senior Grades: You can enter all of your teams at the same time by selecting each grade in Question 2
Teenage Grades: You can enter all of your teams at the same time
Junior Grades: Please fill in one form per grade
If you are entering multiple teams in the same grade please list all of the teams names you are entering in question 3 below e.g  Under 7 Blue, Under 7 Red, Under 7 Black, etc

Team Entries Close at 5:00pm on the following dates:
• Division 1: Friday 28th January
• Div 2 & Colts: Friday 11th March
• Div 3: Friday 1st April
• U18 - U13: Friday 15th April (Easter)
• U12 - U6: Wednesday 20th April
