Special Voting Session Attendance Request
If you would like to attend the Beaver Area School District's work and special voting sessions virtually on January 17th at 7:00 PM, please complete the form below.  At approximately 6:30 PM on the day of the meeting, you will receive an email with a link to join the virtual meeting.

The primary purposes of the special voting session are for the Directors to consider updates to the health and safety plan, to contract with an interim Superintendent, and to contract with a Superintendent search firm.  Other general business items may be handled at this meeting also.

Weather permitting, persons wishing to attend in person may do so.  The meeting will be held in the Little Theatre to allow for maximum social distancing.

We are requesting the following meeting decorum:  
1.) Please keep your microphone muted throughout the meeting.
2.) Please turn off your video to preserve bandwidth.  The Board members, Solicitor, Business Manager, and Superintendent will show their video.
3.) Please reserve the chatbox for questions for the Board or Superintendent.  Conversations with other participants are not appropriate, as the cross-talk makes finding and responding to actual questions difficult.
