WMS 2024-2025 Tardy/Absent Form
Accurate recording of student attendance is required per the state. Please complete all information requested below to report your child absent or tardy.

Absences or Tardies: Please complete this form by 8:00 a.m. on the day of your child's absence or late arrival. You may complete it for future absences/tardies as far in advance as you'd like.

Special Note:
  • You will still receive an attendance robocall if your child is absent; please disregard!
  • In accordance with District policy, only absences that have a physician's note will be excused.
  • If your child has an excused absence, this will be reflected on your child's HOMEROOM attendance in your Parent Portal. Please disregard "meeting attendance" for each class.
  • Students are responsible for following up with their teachers to make up any work they may have missed during their absence. Please note, in accordance with the 2023-2024 Handbook, teachers will not provide work for extended absences such as a planned vacation; students must make up the work when they return.
