String Scholarship Application
This scholarship will be awarded to 5 students attending New London Public Schools. Applicants should have experience on their instrument and be in grades five through twelve during the 2020-2021 school year.  Each scholarship will cover tuition for attendance in a one hour weekly group lesson at String Theory School of Music with instructor James Hunter. Mr. Hunter is a veteran educator, performer, and bandleader who performs with the Eastern Connecticut Symphony Orchestra, as well as several Jazz ensembles, including his own J. Hunter Group. Lessons will begin in December and run through June.
