Will your unit have music/make loud noises? *Note: all music must be family friendly. In the event that inappropriate music is being played, you may be at risk of forfeiture from the parade. *
PARADE RULES & REGULATIONS
For parades units with live animals:

I agree that my parade unit will have a dedicated participant to follow our parade unit with a wheelbarrow and shovel to clean up all animal excrement.

I agree, My parade unit may be subject to forfeitures for failure to clean up animal excrement on the parade route or staging area.

Should my parade unit choose to paint hooves prior to the parade, I agree to protect the ground on which we are spraying. If my unit leaves paint marks on the blacktop, and/or grass, we may be subject to forefeitures.

For all parade units:

I agree the content of my parade unit will be family friendly and not contain any graphic content.

I agree that my registration in the parade can be denied by the parade committee if the content of my unit is deemed unacceptable. No refunds will be given for any reason.

I, on behalf of all participants with my unit, agree not to throw any items from moving vehicles or floats. Should my unit decide to pass items out, all items will be handed to spectators.

I, on behalf of all participants with my unit, understand that consumption of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited in the staging area or while traveling along the parade route. ALL ENTRANTS MUST OBEY ALL LOCAL AND STATE LAWS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PARADE.

ENTRANTS MUST MAINTAIN FORWARD MOTION. Performing is permitted during long pauses. There is no stopping unless a parade official or law enforcement officer has directed you to do so.
