Release Agreement: My child is under 18 years old, and years old, and I give my consent and I give my consent to Brazil Center to photography, film or record any performance that occurs in connection with Arts Globo Program and to use such material and other materials related to my child for promotional, marketing, archival, and fundraising purposes only, and I (we) agree to indemnify and hold Brazil Center, Show Brazil Productions, Brazil Arts & Education from any and all losses, claims, attorney’s fees and costs, actions, damages, liabilities and expenses arising from my (our) activities at Arts Globo program, Brazil Center, Brazil Arts & Education and the photographer/videographer to use my child photographs, video, film, and audio• in published stories about Brazil Center/Arts Globo in publications and promotions of Brazil Center/Arts Globo, in print and on the web, in general educational and/or editorial publications, in print and on the web, in the portfolio of the photographer/videographerI understand that I will not be paid for providing permission. I understand that Brazil Center/Arts Globo and photographers/videographers will not use photographs, video, film or audio of the child in commercial product advertisements of any kind. *
