Check the following during your visit:
Mailbox, make sure mail is pushed back into the secure box
Trash & dumpster is covered and not open
No flooding/leaks as you walk the property (check all irrigation controllers & garden)
Shed, pool house, and chapel locked
All windows and doors are closed (kitchen sliding glass door too!)
Kitchen appliances are turned off when not in use
No chemicals are being stored under the sinks in the kitchen (or any guest room)
TV is off when not in use
No fires allowed in the fireplace
Laundry room for leaks
Vacant rooms for any running water, lights left on, etc
Turn off office lights and fans before leaving
Check kitchen trash cans and empty
Lock doors before leaving
Make sure all doors are locked
