Return or Exchange of Non-Custom Item

Non-Custom Merchandise Return or Exchange: 

(1) This form must be completed within 3-days of the Delivery Date indicated on the package tracking status. 

(2) We must receive returned items within 14-days of the Delivery Date indicated on the package tracking status. Items received after that will not be accepted. 

(3) Customer pays return shipping costs. Shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable. 

(4) Any merchandise returned that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. 

(5) Returns received after 14 days will not be accepted.

Return Form Authorization Code Will be Emailed to You
After you complete the form, we will respond within 1-business day with your Return Authorization Code and the Return Shipping address. 

IMPORTANT: Please wait for our response before shipping your item back. The Return Authorization Code is required for all returns so that we may provide a refund or issue a merchandise credit accordingly. Without the Return Authorization Code, our returns department may not be able to match the item returned to you.  

*You must include a copy of the receipt, invoice or package slip with your return, otherwise we will not know who to credit for the merchandise. We will not process without a receipt. No exceptions.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
