We are social beings, so telling our stories and connecting with each other is important, especially during times of change. This small group coaching program helps you explore how your values are at work for you - how they are helping you transition and change and where they may be misaligned as you experience change.

Values guide our decisions, our choices and our conflicts...yet we tend not to think about them or articulate them in our professional life. So, this will be a rich starting place!

We'll explore what is important to you, expand our vocabulary around our values and examine how that impacts your work and personal life.  From there we will look at ways to use our values to build a more productive and, ultimately, more fulfilling work life.

Why group coaching? Group coaching is a way to learn and grow with and through others. Surrounded by a group of other dedicated professionals, you will have the chance to share and discover different perspectives with each other. There will be opportunities for one-on-one coaching with me, peer coaching and group discussions to help you move forward.
