Through the support of Second Harvest, the Jean Augustine Centre will be providing a limited number of monthly grocery store gift cards to JAC participants whose households are currently experiencing food insecurity as a result of COVID-19 or other factors.

In order to qualify for the gift card, you must be a JAC participant or parent/guardian of a JAC participant who has attended after-school, multi-series workshop or camp programs between March 2020 - present, and attest that your household is currently experiencing food insecurity.

Registration opens the first weekday of each month. One monthly gift card per household. All requests will remain private and confidential.

The registration form will open on Tuesday, September 2nd around 10:30AM. Due to limited capacity, submission of a registration form does not guarantee that you will receive a gift card.
