Hinckley-Big Rock CUSD #429 is offering remote meal pick-up during the adaptive pause, scheduled 11/30/2020 through 1/15/2021. Breakfast and lunch for all 7 days of the week is available to all children under the age of 18 at NO COST. Please complete only 1 survey per family. This survey is for the week of January 11th. Subsequent surveys will be distributed for each week during the adaptive pause.

Remote meal pick-up will be located at Hinckley-Big Rock High School on:
Monday: 10 am - 12 pm  (Food for Monday - Wednesday)
Thursday: 10 am - 12 pm  (Food for Thursday - Sunday)

Families are to pick up meals on both scheduled days, Monday (1/11/2021) & Thursday (1/14/2021).

Please have this form completed by Thursday, 1/7/2021, to ensure meals are ready for pick-up on Monday, 1/11/2021.
