This form is to be used to report time spent on completing projects that are done AWAY FROM SCHOOL. If you volunteered at school, during school hours, please do NOT use this form. Your time will be captured by the RAPTOR system at school and will be combined with this report for the purpose of hours completion and volunteer recognition.
