Become a Certified Parent Educator - July 21, 23, 28, 30 and August 4 & 6.  7:00pm-9:00pm.
SEL Chicago and Chicago Public School's Office of Family and Community Engagement in Education are collaborating this summer to provide training for CPS Parents to become Certified Parent Educators in authoritative leadership supported by Positive Discipline. Applications will be prioritized to create equitable representation across all CPS Networks.  

Lessons will take place online in SEL Chicago's Zoom virtual classroom.  Lessons run on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7pm-9pm from July 21 through August 6.

Complete attendance for all three days required to receive certification.   Participation in this course is limited to 30 parents and/or guardians of currently registered Chicago Public School students.
