Terms & Conditions
1) Payment of term fees are to be made prior to, or on the first day of the term.
2) All payments made are non-refundable.
3) Any classes missed after payment has been made cannot be refunded. However, a student may choose to attend another ongoing class of similar level to make up for the missed class.
4) Private classes: Any class cancelled less than 24 hours prior to scheduled class time will be charged in full. This is to be fair to our dance instructors. Thank you for your understanding!
5) Parents or students are to inform the instructor before the start of class of any injury or medical condition that may be aggravated by physical activity.
6) There are risks associated with all forms of dance and exercise, which may include but are not limited to muscle and skeletal injuries such as sprains, strains and broken bones. The studio shall not be held liable for any injuries arising from participation in our dance classes, performances or any other event.
7) Arrangements may be made for photographs and video footage to be taken during classes, performances or events. These materials may be used for future marketing and publicity purposes.
8) The studio reserves the right to assess if a prospective student is fit for dance training and, based on the assessment, also reserves the right to refuse enrolment to any prospective student deemed unfit for dance training.
