The aim of this survey is to gather data on making Educational VR video games accessible to all age demographics in the medical field. Any feedback on your experience with our game will be greatly appreciated.

Participation in this survey is completely voluntary and your answers will be anonymous. You may exit the survey at any time if you wish. You will not be asked any personal questions besides your gender, age bracket and profession. The only data gathered will be from the survey questions.

Before playing, please ensure your VR equipment is set up correctly. If you have motion sensors, stand in line with them and ensure the touch controls are securely fastened to your hands. Participants should also remain stationary throughout the playtest. If any symptom of VR sickness is felt, such as dizziness, headaches, eye soreness, disorientation, etc, immediately remove your VR headset.
