Baptism Checklist / To Do

  • Attend Baptism Preparation Sessions (2 Sessions for school age children + a workbook to do at home)
  • Attend Non-Catholic Parent Information Session (if applicable)
  • Ensure Baptism Request Form signed by BOTH parents (do this at the prep session)
  • Birth Certificates for the child/ren (bring along to prep session)
  • Baptism Certificates for the parents (bring along to prep session)
  • Baptism Certificates for the Catholic Godparent/s (bring along to prep session)
  • Permission and notice of prep being completed from home Parish (if applicable)
Then you are ready to book the Baptism Date.

Baptisms will take place again in February/March 2024.  You must complete all preparation sessions and forms/paperwork complete before the Baptism can be booked.   *
