CrossFit Teens is a strength and conditioning program designed for 12 - 18 year olds that combines age-appropriate weight lifting and bodyweight movements with high-intensity training to promote fitness. Our goal is to establish a lifetime love of fitness, boost participant's self esteem, and build physical and mental fortitude to help our teens tackle any obstacle thrown their way, in or out of the gym.
Classes are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at 7pm. We offer two free trial classes to teens who would like to try our program. To claim your trial classes, just complete the form below.
