Membership Payment Plan Application
Impact100 Oakland County is proud to be an inclusive and accessible organization. Members have the option to pay their $1,000 membership dues over the course of a few months as opposed to a one-time payment. The terms & conditions of this payment plan are as follows:

- All $1,000 are due by March 1st
- If a person changes their mind about becoming a member and donates some, but not all of the $1,000 membership fee, the partial payments Impact100 receives will NOT be refunded (and will be put into the organization's admin fund)
- Our suggested payment plan: four payments of $250 each on Dec 1, Jan 1, Feb 1, and March 1
- Based on the payment plan we agree to, reminder emails will be sent out when payments are due
