TEAM SPONSORSHIPS
There are a limited number of team sponsorships available. Priority is given to returning team sponsors. Team sponsors will receive a team photo plaque and will have their logo printed on the front of players jerseys. 
TEAM SPONSOR TSHIRT COLOR REQUEST
Please provide your preferred color choice AND an alternate choice.  Jersey color depends on shirt availability. We will do our best to honor one of your requests.

OUTFIELD BANNER SPONSORSHIP

Banners are approximately 3.5' x 6' and are mounted against the outfield fences on our baseball and softball diamonds from April - October.  They feature professionally done artwork of your choice. You will be contacted after submitting this form to begin the artwork process. 

BANNER LOCATION
Do you have a preferred field or location for your banner. 
OTHER SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Dugout sponsors would have a banner with their logo placed on the outside of the dugout of their choice. 

Scoreboard Sponsors would be have their logo placed on a banner attached to the scoreboard in a prominent location that will be seen by all the fans watching the game.
