It will be great to see your teen join in the activities we have planned. In order for us to provide the best level of care while your teen is participating in our program, we require that you fill out and return the completed registration form below before the start of the activity. The information provided below will be treated confidentially within our team.

The dates and times are as follows:

Tuesday 30 June 2020, 9.00 am - 9.30 pm (with breaks)
Wednesday 1 July 2020, 9.00 am - 9.30 pm (with breaks)

Due to the curent Covid 19 restrictions this school will be held via Zoom

In order to participate participants will need access to a computer or tablet with the following applications: Zoom, Netflix, Netflix Watch Party Extension, Heads Up App, Skribbl.io, Tik Tok.  Many of these applications will require a personal log in.  Feel free to chat to us about this if you have any concerns.

Thanks to a grant from the Anglican Boys Society, there will be no fees for the our winter school.  Participants can still expect all the usual talks, small group activities, fun, fitness and social time.  

This form constitutes your agreement with St Catharine's.
