Escape to our ranch retreat and rediscover the joy of living in harmony with nature. Immerse yourself in mindful practices, nourishing self-cooked meals, and expert-led workshops focused on wellness, art, and nature wonders.

Applications are collected no later than 7 days before each term or until all available spots are filled. If you are registering multiple people, please fill out a separate registration form for each person.


Retreat price:

- 400 EUR all-inclusive in a shared tent (two people)

- 500 EUR all-inclusive PRIVATE ACCOMODATION

 

EARLY BIRD (up to April 30th 2024):

- 330 EUR all-inclusive in a shared tent (two people)

- 450 EUR all-inclusive PRIVATE ACCOMODATION

 

All prices include 22% VAT.

 

The registration will be considered complete when the payment is made.

After submitting the registration, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed information and a proforma invoice, which must be paid within 14 days of receiving the invoice.

Activities will be conducted in all weather conditions.

The retreat will take place from 6 to 12 participants. Below 6 registrations, the retreat will be canceled and you will have the option of choosing another date or being fully reimbursed. 

*In case you cancel your registration 30 days before the start of the camp, we will fully refund your money. 50% refund for cancellation 14 days before the camp. Later payments are not refunded; exceptions are absence due to illness or force majeure. In case of illness, a medical excuse is required.

Statement of responsibility - for the above registered participant

I confirm and guarantee that, as a fully adult and capable person, I am fully acquainted with and accept the content of this "Statement of Responsibility" of the retreats, Inkluzivni park 1890, Ltd. (hereinafter: Inkluzivni park). I declare that:

- I participate in all activities at Inkluzivni park voluntarily and by my own choice;

- I do not have any illnesses that would endanger my life or the lives of other participants or worsen my health condition due to sports activities. If I have any, I undertake to inform the program provider about any health issues in writing in advance (before the start of the program);

- I agree that the organizer is not responsible for any lost or damaged items or for any damage to items that may occur during the program;

- I am aware of the possibility of increased risk of injury and undertake to carefully acquaint myself with all instructions and to strictly follow them. I undertake to act within the scope of my physical, health, and mental abilities;

- I undertake to act responsibly towards myself as well as towards other participants (including staff) of the program. I will also act responsibly towards the equipment and props as well as the entire inventory belonging to Inkluzivni park;

- I agree that the organizer is not responsible and does not assume responsibility for injuries incurred during my participation in activities carried out by Inkluzivni park, unless they result from inadequate carelessness, prudence, and control by the animators/mentors/trainers/guides and failure to provide any supervision and instructions that may cause harm;

- I agree that the organizer undertakes to provide necessary medical assistance in case of illness or injury (immediately call emergency medical services);

- I am aware that a horse is an animal and as such is not completely predictable. Despite all safety measures and training of the horses involved, the provider of horseback riding school and other activities with horses cannot prevent unforeseen situations;

- in case of non-compliance with rules and regulations or in case of actions that would harm participants or Inkluzivni park, the organizer has the right to cancel further participation in programs offered by Inkluzivni park to the participant without any refund;

- I accept full responsibility for the accuracy of the data in the "Statement of Responsibility" and I also accept full responsibility for my actions and their consequences during participation in the selected program.
