ALL IN- Volunteer Form
We are recruiting volunteers for ALL IN ICE FEST (Jan 7-9, 2022) in Ouray, Colorado!

We are recruiting:
- Experienced belayers that have ice climbing experience
- Registration check-in staff
- Gear management staff
- Event and participant management staff

Note: volunteers must arrive on Thursday, Jan 6, 2022 for staff orientation.


Preference for volunteer positions will be give to people that identify as or have experience working with people from historically marginalized communities. Preference may be given to applicants that will be fully vaccinated by event date.
