$8 cash or check must be received before deadline of Monday, May 31, 2021. There is a mailbox on the door if you'd like to drop it by the office at 144 E. Lincoln Ave.

Promotion will be in local and area newspapers and online in various places, as well as the big sign by Mity Mart.
List and Map will be available the Wednesday before (hard copies and on a Google Map).

***Guidelines for a successful sale***
-Use flyers and/or social media to promote the items and entice buyers to plan to visit your location.
-Use colorful signs or other markers to direct traffic to your location.
-Clearly mark items with prices.
