Reporting a Title IX Incident or Concern (2023-24)
STUDENTS HAVE A RIGHT TO BE SAFE, RESPECTED AND PROTECTED AT SCHOOL.

If you have experienced or witnessed an incident of sexual harassment, sexual assault, LGBTQIA+ bullying or other form of gender-based discrimination you can report it directly to the Portland Public School's Title IX Office using this form. Once PPS receives a report, we will work with your school's Title IX Coordinator to take specific action to stop the harassment, prevent its recurrence, and remedy the impact on individuals and the community. If you provide your contact information, you can expect a response from from your school within 48 hours. Questions may be directed to the district's Title IX Compliance Manager at lobanion@pps.net.

Please note: this form is to alert the district of an incident involving a PPS student. Reports about PPS staff should be directed to the PPS Employee & Relations Team.
