Breathing through the Menopause

The Menopause or the “change of life” doesn’t have to be the end of life as we know it! 

Women's Collective Donegal invites you to join us on Thursday 1st December 10.30am-1.30pm in Donegal Town for a FREE wellness through menopause workshop. This is intended to be a space for women to come together and learn about connecting the mind and body by breathing properly, using mindfulness and creating expressive art to improve wellbeing during menopause.

From the workshop you will gain: 

1) an understanding of how and why breathing properly is important during menopause. 

2) an insight into how art and mindfulness can work together. 

3) engage in breathing exercises, meditation and experimental artwork to gain a deeper understanding of the mind and body connection. 

Workshop facilitated by Jacqueline Gallagher
