2019  Central America & Caribbean Mini Regional - Self Organized Meetup Registration Form
The Meetup will take place in San José, Costa Rica at the Marriott Hotel on November 9, 2019.

If you would like to participate in this event, please complete this form with your personal information before September 12.

Waze covers flight/travel expenses to the city of the event and 1 nights stay at the event hotel, including planned group meals/activities. If the flight itinerary or travel time requires so, a second night will be given.

Transportation cost is covered to the city where the meetup is being held, but does not cover the cost of additional transit to the meetup location (taxi, rental car, etc.)  See below for instructions on reimbursements.

Please remember that travel insurance is not included so please make sure you activate your travel insurance policy.
