Reporting Signed Petitions to County SOEs
This form allows for the "last volunteer" in the petition process to report the number of signed petitions submitted to respective county Supervisors of Elections (SOEs).
  • Although there is no 30-day deadline (applicable to paid petitioners), please try to process and submit perfected ("quality controlled") petitions in a timely manner, depending on such factors as:  1) How many would your county SOE prefer to receive in each submission?  2) The ideal of continuing to process signatures in a timely manner.  (Keeping close contact with your County Captain may alleviate some of these concerns.)
  • If you need a Letter of Authorization from the campaign for the SOE (some require it, some don't), please email joseph.bonasia@outlook.com.
  • If they ask for a copy of the Affidavit of Undue Burden, click here to find it as a pdf.
  • Please ensure each report submitted is for one county.  If you're authorized to mail submissions directly to the county SOE on behalf of the initiative, please report each county submission in a separate report.
If you have any questions, please contact Mel at admin@floridarighttocleanwater.org.  Thank you!!!
