2024 Lake Burton Clean-Up Day
Your help is needed to keep our lake clean! Friday, May 10, 9 am-noon.

Questions? Contact Clean-Up Day Chair, Yolanda Adrean yadrean@gmail.com The focus for the day is to retrieve any debris on the water. 
  • Trash bags and Fluorescent tape (for marking large items) will be provided at the public boat ramp at Murray Cove
  • Because a barge will not be available on the day of the event, large items will be retrieved at a later date by other officials.
  • A Chick-fil-A lunch and drinks will be provided, compliments of Georgia Power, to the volunteers after serving!
You are welcome to join in by cleaning up around the shore area and local roads if you aren't able to access a boat or clean up on another day--remember, every day is clean up day at Lake Burton!
