The Laurel Highlands Food Service department will continue offering bagged meals for all students in grades Pre-K through 12 free of charge.  This service will provide breakfast and lunch items that may be picked up at the Senior High School.  This survey is to ensure that those that need this service are able to get the number of meals needed, as well as, allowing us a plan to ensure that we have enough product.  All meals will be picked up from the High School main entrance.  Please pull directly up to the distribution location and a meal will be handed to you in your vehicle.   Please complete this survey for EACH WEEK.  The program is operating week to week.  Check back each Friday to complete the survey for the following week and to see if we are still operating.
