Veolia Camden community snow shovel and grit salt request form
We can provide snow shovels and grit salt to residents and community groups to help clear ice and snow in Camden during icy and winter conditions. 

Clearing snow and ice from the pavement outside your home or from public spaces can help prevent slips and falls. You can find advice on how to do this clearly and effectively on the Met Office's website: Clearing your path or driveway - the snow code

You can collect these from our Holmes Road depot or library giveaways (details below). We can also deliver these from late November if you need us to.

Please select a time between 9am-5pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Shovels can be collected from 78-79 Holmes Road, NW5 3AP.

We will be providing large snow shovels and bags of grit. Please make sure you can take them home safely.

You will not be able to collect equipment at Holmes Road Depot from 18 December 2023 to 1 January 2024. Appointments will be available again from 2 January 2024.
